Original BOQ references are retained. Open any item for its design context, dimensions, pricing basis and an item-specific enquiry.
Target budget, not a confirmed execution price. Revised rates are selling targets pending supplier and crew validation; they include the described materials and skilled labour. Newly identified steel, enabling works and electrical/plumbing relocation are included as separately defined allowances. Provisional sums require survey and written scope/price approval before instruction.
